About the Role Join Solvita as an Engineering Co-op in our Process, Engineering & Development department, where you’ll gain hands-on experience solving meaningful, real-world challenges. You’ll help develop practical solutions that support technician safety, enhance graft quality, and improve operational efficiency. Your work will play an important part in honoring the gift of tissue donation and helping provide life-saving allografts to patients around the world. What You’ll Do Work alongside both Manufacturing Engineers and Process Improvement Engineers to develop solutions to high priority challenges within operations including but not limited to: tissue recovery & chart evaluation, microbiology testing, clean room operations, post-production operations, quality control, and supply chain operations. Utilize SolidWorks 3D modeling for idealizing new and/or revised tooling designs to support manufacturing in transforming donated tissues into high-quality and high-precision allografts.
