# Tissue Processing Supervisor - Second Shift

About the Role Supervises and leads assigned area of the operations section of Manufacturing and ensures safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation. This is a second shift position working Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm in our dental manufacturing area. What You'll Do Lead, promote and drive the safety culture and preventative activities. Accountable for the quality of the product, paperwork, and procedures followed in all processing activities. Promote leadership, mentoring, coaching and inclusion to all employees. Ensure all activities honor The Gift by maximizing opportunities to make grafts transplantable. Assist the Manager and Director in selection, training, orientation, supervision, evaluation, development, counseling, and accountability of employees. Develop, implement and manage all relevant standard operation procedures, work instructions, job aids, and other procedures as needed for the uniformity and quality of operations.
