E-Invoicing Implementation & Technical Operations\nImplement, configure, integrate, test, and maintain electronic invoicing solutions.\n\nSupport e-invoicing functionality across SaaS, e-commerce, and POS platforms.\n\nAssist with invoice generation, validation, reporting, and transaction management.\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues and maintain system reliability.\n\nCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams on integrations, security, and performance improvements.\n\nProvide technical support for system updates and ongoing operations.\n\n2. Merchant Onboarding, Training & Technical Support\nOnboard merchants and assist with system activation and configuration.\n\nConduct practical training on e-invoicing, invoice generation, and transaction management.\n\nProvide hands-on technical assistance during implementation and daily operations.\n\nDevelop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.\n\nRespond to merchant inquiries and resolve technical issues.\n\nGuide merchants on applicable e-invoicing procedures and operational requirements.\n\n3. Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation Support\nSupport electronic invoicing accreditation and licensing processes with the Ministry of Revenues (MoR).\n\nPrepare technical documentation and supporting materials for regulatory evaluation.\n\nParticipate in system testing, compliance verification, and technical assessments.\n\nMaintain accurate professional qualification and employment records.\n\nHelp ensure system operations comply with applicable Ethiopian regulations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing, integrating, or supporting e-invoicing systems in Ethiopia.\nFamiliarity with Shopify.com Platform \n\nFamiliarity with MoR electronic invoicing systems and regulatory procedures.\n\nExperience with POS systems, sales registration software, fintech, or tax-related applications.\n\nKnowledge of API integrations, invoicing workflows, and financial transactions.\n\nExperience in merchant training, customer onboarding, and technical support.\n\nUnderstanding of Ethiopian VAT, withholding tax, and invoicing procedures.\n\nStrong communication skills in Amharic and English.\n\nExperience preparing technical documentation and
