candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with clients, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to solve payroll-related questions with accountability and a service-oriented mindset.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSchedule, coordinate, and manage multiple client payrolls.\nProcess payroll transactions accurately, timely, and compliantly.\nHandle payroll taxation, wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.\nComplete accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll reporting.\nPrepare ad hoc payroll reports for clients.\nSupport time and attendance, payroll processing, and payroll reporting across multiple client environments.\nRespond to client calls, inquiries, and payroll system questions.\nCoordinate payroll activities with clients from beginning to end.\nManage client projects and ensure proper follow-up and accountability.\nDeliver a high level of customer service throughout the payroll process.\nSKILLS\nREQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n1+ years of customer service experience.\nStrong phone presence and excellent communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nProblem-solving and prioritization abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nWE ALSO VALUE\nExperience with payroll processing, payroll reporting, taxation, time and attendance systems, or direct client support in payroll
