As a Property Technical Support Assistant Apprentice, you'll gain valuable experience supporting a busy property team, learning how property services operate within a large organisation. If you're organised, eager to learn and looking for a rewarding career path, we'd love to hear from you.\nHow You'll Make a Difference\nAssist with financial and administrative processes that enable the team to deliver effective services.\nSupport the smooth running of property services by helping to maintain accurate records, systems and information.\nRespond to enquiries from colleagues, schools, contractors and suppliers, providing helpful and timely support.\nHelp produce reports and manage data that informs decisions about council properties.\nLearn and contribute to service improvements, helping the team work efficiently and deliver the best possible outcomes.\nWhat You'll Bring\nComfortable applying mathematical principles, including calculations, percentages and working with numerical data.\nA positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.\nConfidence communicating with a range of people and providing excellent customer service.\nBasic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems and software.\nGCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent qualifications).\nApprenticeship Information\nAs part of this role, you will complete a Level 3 Accountancy Apprenticeship with Accountancy Learning.\nStudy will be predominantly virtual, allowing you to gain your qualification alongside practical workplace experience.
