Elevate our Mentor Operations Platform from functional to world-class\nShip web experiences that feel fast, reliable, and deeply human\n\nElevate the mentor web experience from \"functional and fragmented\" to cohesive, elegant, and best-in-class\n\nBuild UI that feels as intuitive and polished as the best consumer-grade software\n\nSweat performance, accessibility, and interaction quality - not just feature delivery\n\n2.
