We work remotely from different countries across Latin America, driven by one belief: dream big and build as a team.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Project Manager to lead software projects for our clients. You’ll be the link between the client and the development team, making sure each project is delivered on time, within scope and with the quality we promise.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlan and run projects from kickoff to delivery: scope, timeline, budget and risks.\n\nBe the main point of contact for the client, and keep them up to date.\n\nLead agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews and retros) with the team.\n\nTrack progress, spot risks early and propose how to handle them.\n\nManage changes in scope and expectations with the client.\n\nWork with the Technical Leader to balance priorities, quality and deadlines.\n\nUse AI tools to plan, report and communicate more efficiently.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software projects.\n\nEnglish level C1 or higher.\n\nSolid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).\n\nExperience managing clients directly, ideally international ones.\n\nExperience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or similar).\n\nEnough technical background to understand what the team is building and talk with engineers.\n\nClear, proactive communication, and comfort with difficult conversations.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in a software factory or consultancy.\n\nCertifications (PMP, PSM, CSM).\n\nExperience managing projects that involve AI.\n\nHow we work\nWe’re 100% remote.
