We work remotely from different countries across Latin America, driven by one belief: dream big and build as a team.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and evolve products for our clients. You’ll work across the whole stack, with Next.jsand React on the frontend and Python on the backend, and you’ll be in direct contact with the client’s team.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild features end to end, from the interface to the API and the database.\n\nDesign and maintain APIs and backend services in Python.\n\nBuild fast, accessible web apps with Next.js and React.\n\nTake part in technical decisions: architecture, code reviews and best practices.\n\nWork directly with the client to understand what they need and propose solutions.\n\nUse AI tools in your day-to-day work to deliver faster and with better quality.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years of experience as a full stack or software engineer.\n\nStrong experience with React and Next.js (SSR, routing, performance).\n\nStrong experience with Python for backend work (FastAPI, Django or similar).\n\nExperience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) and REST APIs.\n\nExperience with Git, testing and CI/CD.\n\nComfortable working directly with clients and explaining technical decisions.\n\nNice to have\nTypeScript.\n\nCloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure).\n\nDocker.\n\nExperience building products with LLMs or AI features.\n\nHow we work\nWe’re 100% remote. Our projects are global and involve direct contact with clients, which is why we look for an English level of B2 or higher, and some clients require C1 as a minimum.
