with innovative and modern technologies.\nRequirements\nRun deep exploratory testing: take an area and go all the way into it, covering edge cases, friction points and inconsistencies.\n\nLearn complex workflows and business rules well enough to think like an end user and like an admin.\n\nFlag issues even when something “technically works” but the experience falls short, and defend your view with evidence.\n\nDecide what to test in a product that changes all the time, focusing on the highest-impact areas instead of trying to cover everything.\n\nDeliver actionable findings that state the problem, the impact on users, the evidence and a recommended priority, putting quality ahead of the number of bugs.\n\nMix exploratory testing, continuous validation and light regression as the product evolves.\n\nWork directly with the client: ask questions, share progress, ask for feedback and be open about doubts or risks.\n\nOur Perfect Match:\nSolid senior-level experience in QA, with a strong focus on exploratory and user-centric testing.\n\nStrong product sense and the ability to understand complex workflows, business rules and user goals.\n\nDepth, curiosity and attention to detail: you’re not satisfied with surface-level testing.\n\nA proactive attitude, your own opinions and the confidence to voice them with stakeholders.\n\nProven ability to work on your own in complex, changing products with little guidance.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English (B2+ / C1) and comfort talking directly with clients.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience in startups or
