This role is proactive in supporting the HR Leadership team, the Centres of Excellence, HRBPs and HR Shared Service team by delivering against our HR strategy.\nLocation: This position will be based out of our London, UK office. We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.\nOur business, your impact, our opportunity:\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nWorking with HR Business Partners in support of assigned client groups\nDelivering against agreed processes, projects, budgets and standards in the effective execution of HR activities\nGuide employees on HR related processes\nProviding support to people managers on HR processes and programs such as performance management and employee relations issues in line with business requirements and Sompo policies, procedures and regulatory requirements\nWhat you’ll bring:\n4+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with some financial services exposure\nDemonstrable experience in areas such as managing low tier employee relations cases independently, producing data analytics, policies and procedures\nRelationship management and influencing skills\nHigh level of administration and organisation skills\nAt Sompo, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
