We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.\nOur business, your impact, our opportunity:\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nProvide administrative and creative support in the creation of documents and presentations; maintain a library of presentations\nEnter/maintain data in business systems such as Workday, Monday.com, and other internal business process systems ensuring accuracy, completeness and confidentiality\nParticipate on projects; duties may include gathering data, entering data, providing analysis and updates, tracking deliverables\nMaintain budget tracking for assigned expenses; process business expenses as assigned\nWhat you’ll bring:\nStrong organization, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.\nRelevant HR course work or certification and/or familiarity with HR systems or reporting tools is advantageous.\nProven experience and interest in working on business related technology and systems; demonstrable skill set working with Microsoft Office tools, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.\nComfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously while supporting multiple stakeholders.\nCollaborative, proactive and willing to learn.\nAbility to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, support document drafting and analysis.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; previous internship, placement, or entry-level experience in Human Resources preferred.\nSalary Range: $80,000 - $95,000.00. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.\nAt Sompo, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
