This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping Salesforce capabilities, partnering closely with the business on product and solution definition, and leading a distributed team across the US and Europe.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of Salesforce platform expertise, delivery leadership, business partnership, and people management experience. This individual will play an important role in ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, effective, and aligned with business priorities in a complex global environment.\nLocation: This position can be based out of our Conshohocken PA, Boston MA, Charlotte NC, Morristown NJ, NYC, Purchase NY, or Mt Juliet TN offices. We strive for collaborationwhich is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lastingcareers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions for Sompo\nManage the delivery of multiple Salesforce-based initiatives and products\nPartner with business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, priorities, and solution requirements\nLead and develop a high-performing diverse team of 10-15 developers and business analysts across the US and Europe. Create a team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, accountability, and delivery excellence.\nDrive collaboration across technology and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery\nWork collaboratively with architecture, infrastructure, security, data, QA, and business teams to deliver integrated technology solutions with Salesforce and other core applications.\nEnsure adherence to SDLC, governance, testing, release, and change management standards\nPromote Salesforce best practices across development, administration, and platform management\nManage risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines across a portfolio of work\nProvide reporting and updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, issues, and outcomes.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n8+ years’ experience in Salesforce development and administration\n5+ years of proven experience leading Salesforce delivery in a complex enterprise environment\nPrior experience managing Salesforce solutions within financial services organizations, insurance industry preferred\nStrong understanding of insurance operations and insurance-related business processes\nExperience managing geographically distributed teams across regions and time zones\nStrong business partnership skills, including experience aligning with stakeholders on product and solution definition\nSolid understanding of SDLC and structured delivery practices\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications, such as:Salesforce Certified Administrator\nSalesforce Platform App Builder\nSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or II\nSales Cloud Consultant\nService Cloud Consultant\nSalesforce Application Architect or System Architect\n\nExperience working in a global, matrixed organization\nFamiliarity with Salesforce DevOps practices\nSalary Range: $175,000 - $200,000.
