We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.\nOur business, Your impact, Shared opportunity.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nSupport the delivery of the underwriting business plan; assisting with renewals and review of new business for Downstream and Power accounts.\nUse expertise to select and underwrite profitable business to secure retention on existing and new clients.\nServicing the existing book of business with regards to endorsement review, market updates and meetings.\nReview and presentation of data ahead of internal meetings with analysis of the key reportable metrics.\nPreparing information for underwriting purposes, specifically regarding account pricing, engineering overviews and account performance analysis\nCoordinating RMS modelling with exposure analysis team on an account basis and for roll ups - as well as speak with engineering department where required for further research.\nAttend client presentations and meetings with brokers - providing updates to the team.\nPerforming Energy market research and client information ahead of key renewals.\nDemonstrate compliance with and evidencing of conduct risk requirements, underwriting guidelines and internal control requirements.\nHelp educate and mentor more junior members of the team.\nOversight of audit requirements, reporting and booking of policies.\nAd-hoc tasks & projects as set by the team.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nRelevant experience within Insurance Industry minimum 4 years.\nPossess in depth knowledge of the Downstream oil and gas industry and the policy structures and wordings used within the Energy Property market.\nStrong problem solving and decision-making abilities\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team-oriented approach\nAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, challenging environment\nNumerate and an eye for detail\nAbility to organise efficiently and prioritsie workload.\nComprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel etc.\nOur Benefits\nWe continuously evaluate and update our benefit programs to ensure that our plans meet the needs of our employees and their dependents.
