We are now looking to recruit an experienced KYC Analyst - Fund Closing (Late Shift) to join our global team.\nHours: 14h00 - 22h00\nPosition Overview: \nThe KYC Analyst - Fund Closing (Late Shift) will support the efficient running of the KYC service by executing the duties of the role diligently and professionally. They will support and foster friendly interpersonal relationships at all levels and assist in the creation and continued growth of Sonata One. \nResponsibilities: \nPeople \nWork efficiently, Independently and accurately within defined processes within the KYC service line. \nProactively identify\nConfidently communicate with clients and investors over the phone and email. \nProcess \nUnderstand and follow all current processes, suggesting process and system improvements to maximize efficiency. \nConfidently review the adequacy and appropriateness of investor profiles and structures and to make a sound reasoned judgement, based on knowledge. \nWork independently on investor profile reviews and proactively collaborate with peers to resolve issues.\nEscalate screening hits as per our process to the relevant MLROs and compliance teams. \nImprove quality and efficiency of outputs by handling moderately complex reviews and suggesting process enhancements\n\nSystem \nSupport the use of technology in all processes to control risk and improve efficiency. \nUnderstand the system design and how it is applied. \nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Sonata One process maps and guides, and demonstrate understanding of how the platform supports these processes.\nQualifications: \nFluent spoken and written English. \nKnowledge of KYC/ Due Diligence and an understanding of complex structures in the Fund world.\nProactive and organized, working efficiently, independently and accurately within the defined processes. \nSelf-starting with excellent communication and capable of working with light supervision. \nKeen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. \nPrior experience in the Finance Industry is advantageous.\nPrevious knowledge of Corporate Structures is advantageous.\nNice to have:\nLegal or Finance Degree\nBeing part of the Sonata One provides a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation and diversity.
