We are now looking to recruit an experienced KYC Analyst - Managed Services (Day Shift) to join our global team.\nPosition Overview: \nThe KYC Analyst - Managed Services is responsible for the review of KYC profiles, addressing questions relating to KYC practices and requirements and maintain excellent client relationships.\nResponsibilities: \nPeople\nActively encourage a positive culture of continuous improvement through new ideas.\nBe collaborative, approachable and respectful with your team members and all IDR staff.\nInteract with clients, lawyers, investors, and administrators effectively and professionally.\nProcess\nPerform reviews of KYC Profiles in collaboration with the MLRO and senior colleagues.\nEnsure that all activity reflects a defined process and is undertaken within its parameters\nBuild and maintain excellent client relationships ensuring smooth delivery of the Managed KYC service\nConfidently address questions on the standard and scope of KYC provided to parties on behalf of our clients\nEngage in regular communications with service users to ensure successful client outcomes\nThe System\nMaximize the use of technology in all processes in order to control risk and improve efficiency\nNavigate efficiently around IDR in support of your duties\nSuggest technology improvements in pursuit of efficiency\nQualifications: \nExperience working with internal or external clients\nKnowledge of KYC/ Due Diligence and an understanding of complex structures in the Fund world.\nPrior experience in the Finance Industry advantageous\nThe Ability to efficiently and accurately process reviews\nUnderstand the importance of teamwork\nBe part of a competent and knowledgeable team who meet or exceed clear metrics\nContinuously improve systems and processes that are understood by all staff\nExcellent communication skills - Fluent spoken and written English\nMethodical approach, with an organised outlook on work and the ability to work with minimal supervision\nAn understanding both systems and process\nNice to have:\nBachelor’s degree level qualification in law (desired)\nBeing part of the Sonata One provides a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation and diversity.
