This role sits at the intersection of development, Level 3 support, and business process automation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1. Development & Automation:\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots and BPM workflows to automate business processes end-to-end.\n\n- Write Python scripts and automation logic; leverage C# and VB code where required.\n\n- Build and enhance automation solutions across RPA and BPM platforms.\n\n2. Production Support & Helpdesk:\n\n- Serve as Level 3 support for RPA and BPM solutions in production, performing root cause analysis.\n\n- Manage helpdesk tickets related to automation failures and bot exceptions.\n\n- Monitor bot health and execution schedules.\n\n3.
