worked extensively within the telecom ecosystem, we'd love to connect with you.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.\n\n- Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering: Lead - Opportunity - Quote - Order Capture - Order Management - Fulfillment - Service Activation - Billing.\n\n- Define scalable solution architectures across: Lead & Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Product & Service Catalog, Order Capture & Order Entry, Order Decomposition, Order Fulfillment, Service Activation, Inventory & Resource Management, Billing Integration.\n\n- Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms.\n\n- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.\n\n- Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.\n\n- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.\n\nServiceNow Expertise:\n\n- ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Telecom Industry Solutions, SOMT / OMT Implementations, Product Catalog & Product Modeling, Order Management & Fulfillment, Flow Designer, Business Rules & Script Includes, IntegrationHub, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Automation & Orchestration, CMDB / CSDM, ServiceNow Governance & Best Practices.\n\nTelecom Domain Knowledge:\n\n- Strong understanding of: B2B/B2C Telecom Processes, Lead & Opportunity Management, Quotation & Pricing, Product & Offer Management, Order Orchestration & Decomposition, Service Qualification & Serviceability, Provisioning & Activation, OSS/BSS Integrations, Customer & Service Inventory, Billing & Rating Systems.\n\nIntegration Experience:\n\n- Experience integrating ServiceNow with: CRM Platforms, CPQ Solutions, Product Catalog Platforms, OSS/BSS Systems, Billing Platforms, Network Orchestration Platforms, Inventory Management Systems, Middleware & API Gateways.\n\n- Knowledge of REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Asynchronous Integrations, and Orchestration Patterns is highly preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architecture experience, Telecom industry transformation experience, Large-scale ServiceNow implementation experience, Agile delivery experience.\n\nSkills\nServiceNow, ServiceNow
