25% Development & Enhancements\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SQL Server databases and SSIS applications\n\n- Troubleshoot production incidents, ETL failures, data load issues, and performance bottlenecks\n\n- Analyze and resolve SQL query, stored procedure, function, trigger, and database-related issues\n\n- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures\n\n- Monitor SQL Server jobs, ETL processes, and production environments\n\n- Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues within SLA timelines\n\n- Support deployments, releases, and post-release validations\n\n- Enhance and optimize existing SQL code and SSIS packages\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server\n\n- Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)\n\n- Experience in L1/L2/L3 Production Support\n\n- SQL Query Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning\n\n- Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers\n\n- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis\n\n- ETL Support and Failure Analysis\n\n- SQL Server Agent Jobs monitoring/support\n\n- ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Exposure to Power BI (approximately 10% of the role)\n\n- Data Warehousing concepts\n\n- Release and Deployment support\n\n- Basic PowerShell/Scripting knowledge\n\nApplication Details:\n\nIf
