Join us and help redefine what’s possible as we shape the future of mobility.\nRole Summary\nWe are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop and optimise our core in-vehicle software platform for Sonatus Fastlane Collector and Copilot products. In this role, you will be a key contributor to next-generation vehicle applications, middleware, and platform services running on automotive-grade High-Performance Compute (HPC) platforms.\nJob Responsibilities\nBuild, maintain, and optimize high-performance in-vehicle applications and connectivity middleware, ensuring low latency and high-throughput data transfer between vehicles and the cloud.\nImplement and support robust platform services responsible for system-wide resource management, health monitoring, and lifecycle management.\nTroubleshoot and root-cause issues across development, testing, and production environments.\nAuthor comprehensive unit and integration tests. Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.\nAdhere to established development processes and create clear design documents to facilitate design reviews and knowledge sharing.\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field.\nStrong proficiency in modern C++ (C++14/17), with a deep understanding of RAII, smart pointers, multithreading, inter-process communication, and memory management in resource-constrained environments.\nHands-on experience developing, cross-compiling, testing, and debugging on Embedded Linux.
