Join us and help redefine what’s possible as we shape the future of mobility.\nThe Opportunity:\nWe are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to define, manage, and support Sonatus Engineering projects. The ideal candidate will need to coordinate and communicate project status, follow up on action items, and identify solutions to issues across various partners and customers. The ideal candidate should be a meticulous organizer, an out-of-the-box thinker, and an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude.\nResponsibilities: \nDrive internal engineering teams in the development of project plans, monitor schedules, document agreements & meeting minutes, track action items, and drive issues to successful closures.\n Coordinate and manage software releases and engineering change requests.\n Lead multiple simultaneous projects and be able to develop mitigation plans when challenges surface. \nGrasp business needs and issues quickly and be comfortable in presenting reports and providing status to different teams. \nRequirements: \nBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of Technical Program Management experience leading complex software releases. \nStrong understanding of software development processes. \nSelf-motivated, persistent, organized, with the ability to multitask across several projects. \nManage projects from initiation to completion, while providing regular updates and communication to cross-functional teams and partners. \nUtilize technical background and engineering methodology to prioritize and tackle complex problems. \nAbility to work cross-functionally on large, complex programs with a high level of ambiguity and strategically lead programs to success. \nWell-versed in Agile Project Management processes. \nWork well with rapid changes and feel comfortable navigating through uncertain and ambiguous situations. \nPrior experience working in one or more areas such as Embedded Software, Cloud Networking, TCP/IP based products, or the Automotive industry. \nDesired Skills: \nTechnical background preferred in Networking, Automotive Infrastructure, Electrical, or Mechanical. \nExperience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel, or similar tools. \nDevelop processes to cut through complexity; employ creative methods to navigate across hurdles both technical and organizational. \nCultivate meaningful collaboration across teams and geographical boundaries. \nExperience in automotive design review and audit processes, such as ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, or ASIL standards, will be a plus.\nSunnyvale HQ Benefits & Perks Offered:\nHealth care plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nFlexible and Dependent Care Expense program\nRetirement plan (401k)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nUnlimited paid time off per year, 14+ paid holidays\nHybrid office work arrangement\nComplimentary lunches, snacks, and beverages during on-site working days\nWellness benefit allowance\nPhone & Internet reimbursement\nComputer Accessory Allowance\nThe posted salary range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what Sonatus (\"Company\") could reasonably expect to pay for a base salary for this position.
