Psychiatrists are supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care.\nWhat you'll do:\nDeliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care - provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards.\n\nMedication Management & Ongoing Care - manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.\n\nMaintain Clinical Documentation Standards - complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements.\n\nSupport Continuity of Care - collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients.\n\nMeet Productivity Expectations - maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based compensation model\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary of $275,000-$325,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives designed to provide both
