PMHNPs are supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care.\nCore Responsibilities:\nDeliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care - provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards.\n\nMedication Management & Ongoing Care - manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.\n\nMaintain Clinical Documentation Standards - complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements.\n\nSupport Continuity of Care - collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients.\n\nMeet Productivity Expectations - maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives.\n\nLeverage Technology & Tools - utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery.\n\nProductivity Model & Expectations:\nThis role operates under SonderMind’s Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan, which provides transparency and flexibility in clinician earnings.\nPMHNPs are hired at a guaranteed base salary\n\nEach role includes a defined baseline expectation of completed clinical encounters per pay period\n\nAfter meeting baseline expectations, clinicians may earn additional compensation per completed session\n\nThe model is designed to reward productivity while maintaining sustainable workloads and consistent client access to care\n\nAll administrative responsibilities-including documentation, care coordination, and internal collaboration-are included within the base salary\n\nQualifications:\nPMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s)\n\nMust have 103 or 104 designation\n\nBoard-certified or board-eligible\n\nExperience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management\n\nStrong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care\n\nAbility to maintain timely and accurate documentation\n\nComfort working in a technology-enabled care environment\n\nInterest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives, designed to provide both stability and earning upside.
