This role requires clinicians committed to professional excellence, operational accountability, and maintaining consistent therapeutic relationships that support positive client outcomes.\nOur therapists operate with a high degree of professional autonomy while adhering to established clinical, operational, and compliance standards. The role requires strong time management, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to maintain an active and stable caseload while meeting productivity expectations. Therapists in this role play a key part in maintaining continuity of care and ensuring that clients receive consistent, accessible, and reliable support throughout their therapeutic journey.\nTherapists are supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide high-quality individual therapy to a diverse client population, using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs\n\nConduct thorough intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust care as clients progress\n\nMaintain a consistent caseload with strong retention, booking clients 3-4 weeks in advance to support continuity of care\n\nComplete timely, compliant documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork by end of day\n\nCollaborate with colleagues, care coordinators, and referring providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care\n\nDeliver services via telehealth and/or in-office, maintaining a private and professional environment in either setting\n\nCommunicate proactively with clients about scheduling, policies, and treatment expectations\n\nParticipate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development\n\nStay current with clinical best Are:\nActive and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC in good standing\n\nDemonstrated experience providing individual therapy services in an outpatient or similar setting.\n\nExperience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.\n\nAbility to follow established SMART note documentation protocols.\n\nStrong time management, scheduling discipline, and organizational skills.\n\nDemonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.\n\nAbility to manage an independent caseload while maintaining responsiveness and reliability for clients.\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $105,000 up to $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives, designed to provide both stability and earning upside.\nThis role falls under SonderMind's Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan, designed to reward productivity while supporting sustainable workloads and consistent client access.\nGuaranteed base salary with a defined baseline of completed encounters per pay period\n\nAdditional per-session compensation earned
