At OneSource, we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can provide exciting opportunities to grow your career.\nWhat you will do:\nBusiness Development. strategically identifying, creating and growing opportunities that drive long term revenue and business growth.\nNegotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders, meet schedules, enhance profitability, and ensure that each customer uses OneSource as their primary source of material\nPromote and sell the people, products, and services of OneSource\nTailor a business plan that is appropriate to each customer’s business potential and market needs.\nEstablish and maintain a consistent call schedule based upon the profitability and future potential of assigned accounts\nImplement an effective pricing plan tailored to each customer\nCoordinate and plan with the Account Representative and all other specialists to ensure the customer is receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion\nResolve customer disputes concerning delivery, vendors, pricing, and returns in a timely manner\nCoordinate the efforts of the Credit department by obtaining the accounts receivable goals of the organization\nProspect for new accounts as applicable\nIntroducing and demonstrating new products to accounts\nDevelop strong supplier relationships\nAnalyze changes in market conditions as they apply to the territory\nDevelop good working relationships with all specialists and support personnel\nEngage in after-work customer entertainment\nSupport the branch strategy and mission of “Employer of Choice” which also aligns with the overall Company strategic plan; support Company initiatives through day-to-day actions\nWhat you will bring:\nElectrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required\nBachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or\n5 - 7 years of related experience and/or training; or\nEquivalent combination of education and experience\nLocation: Remote, local to the Riverside area\nSalary Range:\nThis is an exempt position that pays an annual base salary of $155,000.00 - $200,000.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. This position is compensated under a commission-based pay plan.
