The purpose of the PNP\nProgram is to strengthen our relationships with small-to-medium sized contractors by providing them\naccess to the Capital Electric services that will grow their business. This role requires a dynamic leader\nwho can effectively manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring they have the tools and\nsupport needed to succeed. The Area Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, fostering customer\nrelationships, and contributing to the overall growth and expansion of Capital Electric.\nResponsibilities:\nManager of Account Managers in all areas of capital\nAttend joint sales calls with Account Managers\nKeep in touch with PNP Account Managers daily, weekly, monthly. To support their growth in\nknowledge and skills.\nQuarterly reviews with Account Manager, Area manager, and counter manager\nMentor and train Account Managers on new material and how to navigate calls with customers\nTeach sales techniques, SSM, Square D rebates, small lighting quotes.\nRun monthly and yearly sales reports through SSM and PowerBi\nWork closely with the Area Manager, Area Ops Manager, & Area Counter Manager on\nexpectations, growth, & expansion\nWork closely with credit on improving relations with small customers\nWork closely with Vendor reps on Trainings\nTravel to all areas to see how the Account Managers are progressing\nWork with marketing on Promos and outreach.\nRecruiting of Account Managers for all areas.
