For the past 30 years, Crawford has built a culture of growth, opportunity, innovative thinking, and stability for its employees by truly living up to the company motto of, “Whatever it Takes!” through our mindset competencies below:\n\nAdapt: Effectively embrace new situation and people\n\nDare: Appropriately challenge the status quo\n\nLearn: Learn from others, from mistakes, and self-improve\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as the direct liaison between sales and operations teams. \nDrive project execution to improve warehouse operational and logistical efficiency.\nManage facility maintenance needs for the Warehouse.\nManage branch inventory needs in collaboration with RVP, Branch Manager, Sales team and Regional Purchasing teams.\nManage logistical needs and transfers between Warehouse and supported branches.\nMonitor daily backlog to make sure customer orders are released in a timely manner.\nSupport warehouse layout, organization, and storage needs by collaborating with the warehouse supervisors.\nReview all inventory adjustments & corrections daily and report findings to RVP & Regional Operations team.\nReview all product returns to ensure the product is returned correctly to the shelf or to the manufacturer and proper credit is being issued to the customer in a timely manner.\nResearch unapproved AP invoices (stock & project).\nResearch disputed customer invoices and/or vendor invoices.\nPrepare and maintain all HR related documents, as needed.\nReview and properly code all overhead expenses.\nCollaborate with departments to drive optimal productivity.\nCoordinate building contracts and maintenance.\nSupport branch AR needs with new account setup, project set up, customer tax certificates, etc.\nReview activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine branch and department progress toward stated goals and objectives. \nSchedule and coordinate meetings/training sessions for warehouse team.\n\nQualifications\n\nGENERALQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\nComputer literate.\nProficiency with Solar/Eclipse ERP software\nProficiency with Microsoft Power Bi\nProficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nGood writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively.\nKnowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration.\nBasic understanding of general HR policies and procedures.\nAbility to follow oral and written instructions.\nSales driven operations approach.\nSPECIFICQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\nExperience working with commercial contractors.\nStrong preference for 2+ years of sales experience. \nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum five years’ clerical or administrative experience in the electrical distribution industry\n\nEnvironment\n\nNote: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
