Your work will strengthen the stability, security and compliance of identity services across the enterprise.\nYou will contribute to projects, implement advanced configurations, improve technical performance and create meaningful KPI reporting. You will also explore responsible ways to combine human judgement with AI-enabled automation.\nKey responsibilities:\nMaintain and improve IAM platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance and Administration, and Single Sign-On, with a focus on reliability and performance.\nSupport identity lifecycle management, including automated provisioning, deprovisioning and emergency account disabling, through HR system integrations and close collaboration with IT and business teams.\nAutomate and optimise IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, APIs and connectors.\nDevelop and maintain IAM dashboards and KPIs covering areas such as MFA adoption, dormant accounts and emerging identity risks.\nContribute to the enterprise IAM architecture and roadmap across employee, business partner and customer environments, prioritising risk reduction and business value.\nPartner with cybersecurity, IT and business stakeholders to strengthen IAM governance, policies and procedures, and provide practical recommendations for architecture and operations.\nKeep your knowledge of IAM and AI technologies, trends and good practices current, and translate relevant developments into platform improvements.\nWhat success looks like?\nSecure, efficient IAM processes aligned with business needs and compliance requirements.\nLower risk of unauthorised access and data breaches through effective controls, monitoring and remediation.\nSmooth integration of IAM solutions with applications and enterprise systems.\nReliable joiner, mover and leaver processes supported by measurable indicators.\nEffective role-based access controls for critical applications, reducing orphan accounts, excessive privileges and role misalignment.\nA secure and accessible user experience when people connect to applications and resources.\nContinuous improvement through automation, shared learning and recognised practices, including NIST guidance and GDPR requirements.\nA collaborative team culture in which knowledge is shared and colleagues can do their best work.\nThe experience you bring:\nEssential\nPractical experience with automation or software development, with an interest in AI-enabled solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nCuriosity and the ability to learn independently, particularly in fast-evolving AI and cybersecurity topics.\nClear communication and a collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical colleagues.\nA willingness to share knowledge and help others develop.\nA degree, engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience in computer science, information technology or a related field.\nHelpful, but not required\nKnowledge of IAM principles, technologies and recognised practices.\nExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID or related identity protocols.\nExperience with PowerShell, Python, Git or similar development tools.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow.\nExperience creating reports or dashboards in Power BI.\nRecruitment Process\nInitial discussion with a Talent Acquisition Partner\nInterview with the Hiring Manager\nMeetings with future peers and key stakeholders\nHR interview\nWork Mode & Location\nHybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period\nBenefits that await you:\nThe role - Your daily activities will be interesting, stimulating and varied...
