We are proud to have been awarded the GEEIS (Gender Equality for European & International Standard) label and to be a partner of AGEFIPH (Association for the Management of the Fund for the Professional Integration of People with Disabilities).\nHow will you shape our tomorrow?\nAs Deployment Manager, you will play a key role in bringing Sonepar’s digital transformation to life across our Operating Companies (OpCos).\nWorking in an international, multicultural and agile environment, you will partner closely with OpCo leaders, Spark Streams and key stakeholders to drive the successful deployment and adoption of the Spark transformation program.\nYou will lead OpCos through their transformation journey, from initial preparation through implementation and adoption, ensuring that key milestones, business objectives and timelines are successfully achieved.\nYour scope will cover both Spark Product Portfolios, Customer Experience (CX) and Associate Experience (AX). Acting as a key link between the OpCos and the different Spark streams, you will coordinate and align activities across areas such as Integration, Data and Change Management to ensure a smooth, effective and sustainable transformation.\nWhat success looks like?\nAs Deployment Manager, you will lead the transformation journey of Sonepar Operating Companies (OpCos), ensuring successful delivery and adoption while managing risks, timelines and business priorities in line with the Spark Transformation Methodology.\nYou will be accountable for the end-to-end deployment journey, from initial assessment through go-live and transition to post-deployment operations.\nYour key responsibilities:\nAssess transformation readiness: Evaluate each OpCo’s starting point during the Exploration phase and, together with local teams, define and execute the actions required to establish the fundamentals for a successful Spark implementation.\nBuild the transformation roadmap: Lead the Discovery phase with the OpCo to translate transformation objectives into clear priorities, milestones and actionable deployment plans.\nEstablish effective governance: Set up the appropriate project governance, facilitate key discussions and enable timely decision-making throughout the transformation.\nCoordinate deployment streams: Synchronize the different Spark streams, including Integration, Data and Change, ensuring activities are delivered on time, to the expected quality and in line with the Transformation Methodology.\nManage risks and dependencies: Anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact successful delivery.\nDrive stakeholder communication: Provide clear and regular visibility on progress, challenges, decisions and outcomes, while recommending actions to continuously improve deployment effectiveness.\nEnsure a successful transition after go-live: Prepare and coordinate the handover to post-deployment teams, ensuring the right operating processes and KPIs are in place to support sustainable adoption and performance.\nThe experience you bring\n-5+ years of experience in digital or business transformation, project management or a related field.\n-Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects from planning through implementation.\n-Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and IT stakeholders.\n-Experience working in international and multicultural environments with a collaborative, one-team mindset.\n-Experience with Agile ways of working is a plus.\nWork Mode & Location\n- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period\nBenefits that await you:\nThe role - Your daily activities will be interesting, stimulating and varied...
