As a Driver/Warehouse Associate, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and courteous delivery of electrical supplies, materials, and parts. You will also assist with general warehouse duties.\nShift: 8AM-5PM, M-F.\nStarting Rate: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)\nWe are looking for associates who:\nDrive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol.\nAssist with general warehouse duties as needed.\nProvides associates with possible solutions and/or appropriate contact information when problems arise; reports observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.\nLoads and unloads materials from truck in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner, utilizing proper body mechanics and proper equipment (e.g., forklift).\nReceive and check deliveries, pickups and returns to ensure quality and quantity of products.\nCut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.\nSweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.\nPick, pack, and ship orders. Orders range from a small box to pallets.\nRecord losses of damaged or defective materials.\nWhat you bring:\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nAbility to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.\nAbility to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.\nWillingness to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jack, and power tools.
