At OneSource, we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can provide exciting opportunities to grow your career.\nWhat you will do:\nMaintain cleanliness across warehouse, offices, counter areas, restrooms, and breakrooms.\nPerform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust control for industrial and office environments.\nSupport warehouse operations by keeping aisles clear, removing debris, and managing disposal of packaging materials.\nClean lighting fixtures and replace bulbs (non-electrical work only).\nConduct routine safety and facility checks including spill cleanup, hazard identification, and emergency exit inspections.\nAssist with minor repairs and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.\nMaintain exterior entryways, loading docks, and surrounding areas.\nRestock supplies in restrooms and breakrooms.\nWhat you will bring:\n1+ years of janitorial or facilities experience in warehouse or industrial environments.\nElectrical distribution or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.\nStrong understanding of safety practices including PPE, chemical handling, and slip/trip prevention.\nHigh School diploma or GED; or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nWarehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.\nRequires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.\nUse of PPE as required.\nMix of warehouse and office environments.\nRequired to operate various forklifts to perform duties.\nLocation:\nSan Leandro, CA\nWork hours:\n8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday\nSalary Range\nThis is a non-exempt position and pays between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
