For the past 30 years, Crawford has built a culture of growth, opportunity, innovative thinking, and stability for its employees by truly living up to the company motto of, “Whatever it Takes!” through our mindset competencies below:\n\nAdapt: Effectively embrace new situation and people\n\nDare: Appropriately challenge the status quo\n\nLearn: Learn from others, from mistakes, and self-improve\n\nResponsibilities\n\nResponsible for the performance of facility maintenance such as light plumbing, changing of light bulbs and ballasts, carpentry, painting, and other repairs at all assigned sites.\nResponsible for maintaining the property through janitorial duties i.e. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of facilities. \nResponsible for grounds maintenance to include sweeping, landscaping, and other work at site.\nAssist with set-up/tear-down of tables and chairs for group meetings.\nAssist in checking facilities for safety hazards and report any deficiencies.\nEnsure all windows and entrances/exits are secured at end of work shift.\nConduct regular maintenance of property such as pest control, alarm system, etc.\nResponsible for moving of furniture and supplies when needed.\nClean restrooms, restock paper and soap supplies.\nClean windows, mirrors, and partitions.\nManage inventory of cleaning supplies.\nNotify managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.\nEmpty trash receptacles, dispose trash into trash compactors/dumpsters for proper disposal.\nPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nBasic math skills\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for many hours\nCommunication skills\nAbility to lift heavy objects and climb ladders\nExperience using cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions\n\nEnvironment\n\nLong and varied hours required occasionally\nAbility to work mandatory physical inventory\nAbility to work in extreme hot or cold environment\nAbility to work in dusty conditions\n\nNote: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
