You will play a crucial role in helping us grow our market share by nurturing existing client relationships and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nStarting Compensation: $21.00-$23.00/hour plus commission\nHow you will contribute:\nUnderstand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions that meet their specific needs. \nProvide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner by phone and email. \nEnters, tracks, bills, and expedites direct and stock customer orders, backorders, and vendor purchase orders, including stock transfers when appropriate.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. \nCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Finds win-win solutions for all involved parties.\nWork closely with other departments, such as logistics, to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. \nStay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve customers.\nParticipate in training gaining electrical product knowledge and application to create value to the end use market. \n\nWhat you bring:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent, with secondary or post-secondary coursework concentrated in sales/marketing, or equivalent on the job experience as determined by Echo Electric.\nAt least two (2) years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product and application knowledge.\nCommitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.\nStrong customer service orientation.\nAbility to perform basic mathematical functions/calculations.\nDemonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProven attentiveness to detail coupled with problem analysis and resolution skills.\nAbility to sit and/or alternate between sitting and standing at will. \nAbility to use a keyboard to enter text or data into a computer.\nAbility to speak to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. \nAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
