We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric.\nAs an Inside fastener sales representative, you will be working and communicating with multiple outside sales reps and customers to source product, generate quotes and orders that meet customer needs. Effectively use the internet and supplier web sites to source non-stock items. Follow up on open orders to ensure customer satisfaction.\nHours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm\nResponsibilities and Duties (may include but not limited to):\nAssisting Outside Sales Reps with quotes and orders ensuring customer satisfaction.\nProvide a high level of customer service and follow up in a friendly, professional and timely manner\nUse the internet, customer catalogs and web sites to effectively source new suppliers and products as needed.\nReview open orders for potential supply chain issues.\nReview inventory levels at all branches within the sales region and make appropriate product transfers to replenish stock or communicate with purchasing regarding product needs or overstock of inventory.\nReview and process incoming mobile orders, emails, phone calls and text messages to create customer quotes and orders.\nProvide solutions and product recommendations that fit the customer’s needs.\nWhere necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.\nAppropriately communicate the various Echo divisions and broader capabilities to customers as needed.\nSubmit expense records/documents in a timely manner.\nInform the Warehouse Manager of in-house inventory discrepancies and unusually large orders and other customer special requirements.\nWork with suppliers to submit, track and return tool repairs.\nOccasional help with purchasing product through various suppliers.\nAssist store front counter staff with fastener questions and orders.\nQualifications:\nBright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong computer skills and experience working withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, CRM / Database systems.\nStrong listening and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills \nSuperior time-management and organization skills\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nMust occasionally lift, carry or move up to 50 lbs.\nSales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or Industrial Distribution experience preferred, minimum of 2-3 years B2B Sales experience with related products preferred but not required.\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nExperience in manufacturing, industrial or construction environments is a plus.\nWhat we offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance plus employer paid short term and long-term disability and life insurance.\nPaid time off and paid holidays\n401K match\nProfit Sharing\nTuition reimbursement and employee development.\nAnnual Safety Shoe Reimbursement\nEmployee Discount on products\nAccess to a variety of trainings for personal development\nWho we are:\nWe’re the world’s number one distributor of electrical products, solutions and related services.
