We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric.\nWe have a great opportunity for a solution-driven Lighting Project Coordinator to join our growing team! This role supports the quotations team by managing bid activity, coordinating quote requests, maintaining accurate job information, and providing timely status updates. The position also supports smaller projects from bid through delivery by coordinating with customers, factory representatives, manufacturers, the warehouse, and internal teams.\nShift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility.\nWe're looking for a coordinator who:\nManages the quotations bid board and keeps job status information accurate and current.\nCreates jobs in the bidding software, enters customer information, and loads extracted electrical plan pages.\nRequests quotes from factory representatives, follows up as needed, and moves received quotes to the associated job in the bidding software.\nMonitors the Quotes Inbox and routes non-lighting requests to the appropriate department.\nCommunicates daily with the quotations team and provides a morning update on quote requests, open jobs, bid extensions, delays, and other priorities.\nMaintains current factory and manufacturer representative contact lists.\nCommunicates with customers regarding fixture counts, bid extensions, delays, project expectations, timelines, and status updates.\nInitiates return goods authorizations and coordinates with the warehouse and factory to ensure material is returned and customer credit is completed.\nSupports smaller projects and assists with project coordination as workload allows.\nCommunicates project scope and timelines and supports cross-functional teams, including quotations, sales, and warehouse operations.\nWorks with representatives and manufacturers to maintain deliveries, identify potential roadblocks, and develop solutions that keep projects on track.\nManages change orders, maintains complete project files, and communicates project changes to the team.\nConfirms invoicing, receiving, returns, and credits are complete before project closeout.\nWhat you bring:\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.\n1+ years of administrative, quotations, customer service, or project coordination experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nA teamwork attitude and willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed to keep quotes and projects moving.\nA growth-oriented approach and commitment to meeting customer needs and contributing to team success.\nThe ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to track progress across multiple jobs and projects.\nClear written and verbal communication skills with customers, factory representatives, manufacturers, and internal teams.\nStrong computer skills and the ability to learn bidding and project management software.\nLighting and/or controls background preferred.\nWhat we offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance plus employer paid short term and long-term disability and life insurance.\nPaid time off and paid holidays\n401K match\nProfit Sharing\nTuition reimbursement and employee development.\nAnnual Safety Shoe Reimbursement\nEmployee Discount on products\nAccess to a variety of trainings for personal development\nWho we are:\nWe’re the world’s number one distributor of electrical products, solutions and related services.
