This includes ensuring the Inside Sales teams use Company tools, manage customers, build new relationships, boost margins, and overall ensure that our customer service teams drive a world-class customer experience.\nWhat you will do:\nSales & Operations Management:\nReview Branch Operations Cockpit in Eclipse: including inventory adjustments, hold file, negative on-hand items, pricing overrides and alerts, check for disputed transfers, and any large fluctuations from the previous day\nRun and review material with no bin locations\nSend requests for segment SPA's to the Pricing Manager to vet\nFollow up with the pricing team on deal sheets for customers\nWork with PLM's (Product Line Managers) on minimum stocking quantities & lost sales reports\nReview previous UET reports from the Quality department\nCreate UET's (Unquality Event Tracker) when deliveries, receiving problems, or dispatch issues arise\nManage Job Queues daily\nFill in as a backup Account Representative if someone is out\nReview fraud prevention reports from the credit department daily\nSetup L&L trainings with Key Supplier & Lighting manufacturers\nWork with the Regional Credit Managers & the Director of Credit on receiving outstanding payments from delinquent customers\nComplete safety training/meetings every month with the Safety Manager\nCoordinate with the Operations Specialist to clean up any outstanding issue\nPeople Management:\nManage and Lead the Inside Sales team\nEstablish team and individual goals, and hold individuals accountable for meeting expectations\nWork with the Inside Sales team to improve margin whenever possible\nReview and Approve: branch expenses, expense reimbursements, timecards, and time off requests\nPromote a collaborative culture by modeling the 10 Principles of Personal Leadership\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or\n3-5 years of electrical distribution experience and/or training; or\nEquivalent combination of education and experience.\nLocation: This role will be required to be in person at the Fresno location 3 days per week, and 2 days at the Turlock location.\nSalary Range:\nThis exempt position pays between $96,567 - $125,000. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
