This entry-level role collaborates with marketing, sales, purchasing, branch teams, and vendor partners to coordinate projects, maintain marketing materials, and support engaging customer experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn. This position provides hands-on experience in event coordination, merchandising, vendor relations, and marketing operations.\nWhat a day in this role looks like:\nEvent & Tradeshow Support\nAssist with planning and executing regional tradeshows, customer events, vendor showcases, training seminars, and company-sponsored events.\nCoordinate event logistics, including registrations, attendee communications, promotional materials, signage, giveaways, shipping, and setup.\nSupport onsite event execution and post-event follow-up activities.\nMaintain event calendars, project timelines, checklists, and schedules.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to help ensure event materials and services are delivered on time.\nCollect event photos, attendance information, and feedback for post-event documentation.\nBranch Merchandising Support\nSupport merchandising initiatives across branch locations to help ensure consistent product presentation and customer experience.\nCoordinate the distribution of signage, displays, product information, and merchandising materials.\nAssist with seasonal displays, branch merchandising updates, and new product launches.\nVisit branch locations as needed to support merchandising projects and display updates.\nWork with vendors and branch teams to support product display initiatives.\nMarketing & Vendor Coordination\nAssist with the development of event collateral, flyers, signage, presentations, and sales support materials.\nCoordinate the printing, production, and distribution of marketing materials.\nHelp maintain brand consistency across customer-facing materials.\nCoordinate with vendor partners to gather product information, marketing assets, and event support materials.\nOrganize and maintain marketing files, asset libraries, vendor resources, and promotional inventories, SharePoint\nProject & Administrative Support\nTrack project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items for marketing initiatives.\nAssist with budget tracking, and general department administration.\nMaintain organized records for events, merchandising projects, and vendor information.\nProvide general project and administrative support to the marketing team.\nWhat you can bring to us:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education or relevant experience will also be considered.\nUp to two years of related experience preferred. Relevant internships, co-op assignments, academic projects, volunteer experience, and customer-facing experience will be considered.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to balance multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nWillingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.\nExperience supporting events, tradeshows, merchandising, or marketing projects.\nFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred but not required.\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.\nExperience working with vendors or coordinating materials and logistics.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods during events and tradeshows.\nAbility to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.\nWork Environment\nThis position requires approximately 20% regional travel to branch locations, customer events, vendor meetings, and industry tradeshows.
