As the team’s Dynamics 365 technology champion, you will combine deep platform expertise with an architect mindset.\nYou will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Engagement and Marketing, translating business needs into technically feasible solutions within Dynamics 365 and the wider application ecosystem.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Engagement and Marketing.\nAct as the Dynamics 365 platform champion, providing technical direction and promoting best practices.\nTranslate business requirements into technically feasible solutions across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.\nContribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable and secure designs.\nGuide module implementations, configurations, customisations and integrations throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, developers and business stakeholders.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews and troubleshooting.\nMaintain key technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the Dynamics 365 pillars.\nAct as an AI champion, fostering the adoption of AI and Copilot capabilities across Dynamics 365 solutions and delivery practices to improve user experience and performance.\nThe experience you bring\nDeep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including module implementation, configuration, customisation and integration (7+ years of experience).\nBroad exposure to Dynamics 365, ideally across Sales, Customer Engagement or Marketing. Finance and Operations or other Dynamics 365 ERP experience is also relevant for candidates willing to expand into customer-facing modules.\nExperience contributing to solution design or architecture and assessing technical feasibility across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.\nStrong C# and .NET development skills.\nAbility to translate business needs into effective technical solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving, communication and technical leadership skills.\nWork Mode & Location\n- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the trial period\nBenefits that await you:\nThe role - Your daily activities will be interesting, stimulating and varied...
