We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric.\nWe have a great opportunity for a solution-driven Project Coordinator to join our growing team! You will coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer. You also will be the liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and will be responsible for all internal project coordination and external communication with the customer.\nShift: Monday- Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.\nWe’re looking for a coordinator who:\nCommunicates the scope of the project and outlines project timelines.\nSupports cross functional teams such as quotations and outside sales by providing resourceful problem solving.\nProvides project status reports to customers.\nWorks with reps and manufacturers to ensure that deliveries are maintained.\nManages change orders and communicates all project changes to team.\nMaintains project file and ensures that all key information is maintained and accessible if needed.\nIdentify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions that keep projects on track and expectations aligned.\nConfirms that all invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project close out.\nOccasionally meet with customers to establish expectations, timelines, and other necessary project updates\nWhat you bring:\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. certificate\n1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nA teamwork attitude and willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving.\nA growth-oriented approach-someone eager to learn, meet customer needs, and contribute to team success.\nThe ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate.\nAttention to detail and skill to track progress.\nLighting and/or Controls background preferred.\nProven ability to manage timelines, resources and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously\nProblem-solving skills and computer skills\nWhat we offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance plus employer paid short term and long-term disability and life insurance.\nPaid time off and paid holidays\n401K match\nProfit Sharing\nTuition reimbursement and employee development.\nAnnual Safety Shoe Reimbursement\nEmployee Discount on products\nAccess to a variety of trainings for personal development\nWho we are:\nWe’re the world’s number one distributor of electrical products, solutions and related services.
