We strive to be the best wholesale distributor in the area and invite you to be part of building the future.\n\nThe Quality Assurance Representative is an integral participant within the company’s Quality Assurance and Inventory Control team. This position has a significant impact related to the accuracy of the company’s inventory by analyzing customer transactions and processes to resolve issues such as revenue leaks. This position is based in a warehouse environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nIdentify, investigate, analyze, and process all miss-shipped, miss-shipped, lost in transit, and item issues. Communicate results and corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner.\n\nReview and process customer RGAs on a daily basis, report errors as needed\n\nPerform a variety of warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis and resolution, cycle counting, adjustment verification, and inventory slotting.\n\nAssist in identifying errors and root causes of inventory and warehouse errors.\n\nWork with the Quality Assurance team and various warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory errors\n\nAssist Quality Assurance Supervisor to record, track, and report UETs\n\nAssist in closing out queues for month end close\n\nAssist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual physical inventory.\n\nOther duties, as assigned.\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nDetail-oriented, especially concerning numerical figures and reporting.\n\nBasic mathematic skills including subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division.\n\nAbility to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers/descriptions.\n\nAbility to solve problems and communicate resolutions in a timely and consistent manner\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.\n\nElectrical industry product knowledge is preferred.\n\nExperience using Epicor Eclipse and Solar is preferred.\n\nLocation: Salt Lake City, UT\nHours 9:00am-6:00pm\n\nWhy work for Codale Electric Supply?\nIt feels good to drive down the road and say, “I played a part in that.” You can be part of a wide array of projects, no matter your role at Codale.
