Internal - Any member of the Summit team\nRole Summary\nPrimarily responsible for answering multiple phone lines\nCommunicates with guests and customers in a professional and courteous manner\nGreets and welcomes guests\nDirecting calls and guests to various departments and personnel as appropriate\nSupports with billing, auditing, sorting and filing of tickets\nAssists with mail and ordering of supplies\nPrepare daily bank deposits\nEnsures foyer and corresponding offices are neat, clean and well stocked at all times\nPerforms other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the location\nEssential Qualifications and Experience\nStrong customer service orientation\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written\nTime management - strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities\nFlexibility - ability to effectively adapt to change\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nBeneficial Skills and Experience\nPrevious receptionist experience with handling multi-line phone systems\nExperience with Vistapoint Console\nExperience working with office machines such as faxes, copiers and other general equipment\nAbility to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance\nExperience with Microsoft Office suite\nBilingual\nPhysical Challenges\nConsistently sitting for many hours at a time. \nMinimal physical effort\nRegular use of keyboard\nAbility to climb stairs\nMajority of job is located inside office setting, during regular business hours of operation\nReporting to the position: No direct reports\nPlease note: This job description provides a summary of key responsibilities of this position, but it is not an inclusive list of all duties associated with this position.
