The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTo manage/grow sales and profit for the assigned geography. Hire, train, coach, and mentor sales associates. Align sales resources to most effectively grow market share and account penetration based on customer persona.\nYou will…\nActively engage with sales teams through regular meetings, joint customer calls, and strategic planning for high-value opportunities, with substantial time dedicated to fieldwork alongside sales associates\nManage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets are met.\nMaintain knowledge of industry specific trends, local market needs, competition, and service requirements and shift strategy to align with market demands by working with sales team and across all functional areas of the organization.\nDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve market share and geographic growth.
