Keep a calendar of how many jobs each Estimator has for each day\nClose out all jobs in Eclipse\nCollaborate with other Bid Coordinators for ‘out of territory’ quotes\nEnsure effective communication throughout projects team regarding upcoming bids\nField phone calls from general contractors, customers, and outside sales reps\nMaintain open and closed filing of project files\nManage the Commercial Projects email inbox\nPrint and help put together submittals and operation and maintenance manuals\nPrint copies of jobs already assigned and add customer to the bid list in Eclipse.
