At OneSource, we offer a supportive culture and great benefits, and as part of the larger Sonepar group, we can provide exciting opportunities to grow your career.\nWhat you will do:\nExecute cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and audits to verify inventory accuracy and control.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely corrective action with the appropriate teams.\nCoordinate replenishment, inventory transfers, adjustments, returns, and supporting documentation to meet customer and business requirements.\nLead customer-specific VMI implementations and expansions, including inventory setup, onboarding, equipment installation, stakeholder communication, and go-live readiness.\nPartner across Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, technical support, and field teams to resolve material availability and customer service issues.\nEnsure all inventory and operational activities comply with established company procedures and safety requirements.\nSupport the Operations Manager in daily execution, ensuring reliable customer service and consistent VMI program performance.\nCoordinate Replenishment Specialist schedules, routes, PTO coverage, workload balancing, and customer-site projects to maintain service continuity.\nProvide Replenishment Specialists with clear direction, operational coordination, and timely support for field issues.\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, connectivity, and operational issues involving CribMaster vending machines, lockers, and related inventory technologies.\nUse CribMaster, Eclipse, Freshdesk, and related systems to monitor inventory performance, analyze exceptions, and support informed operational decisions.\nApply sound judgment to prioritize competing demands and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nPerform other related responsibilities and special assignments that support operational priorities.\nWhat you will bring:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate degree or additional education in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related area preferred.\nThree or more years of inventory control, warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or related operational experience preferred.\nExperience working with computerized inventory or ERP systems preferred.\nStrong understanding of inventory control practices and procedures.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nAbility to learn and effectively use inventory management and ERP systems.\nExperience supporting field operations, service teams, or customer-site activities preferred.\nExperience with Vendor Managed Inventory programs and inventory technologies such as CribMaster, Eclipse, and Freshdesk preferred.\nProject management, implementation, or new-program launch experience preferred.\nStrong customer service, time management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nCombination of warehouse and office work depending on business needs.\nAbility to safely perform inventory counts and work within warehouse environments\nAbility to lift and move materials consistent with the requirements of the position.\nMay require occasional travel to other company or customer locations.\nLocation: San Diego, CA\nWork hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM\nSalary Range:\nThis is a non-exempt position and pays between $24.00 - $29.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
