Work with sales and sales support personnel to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely customer service\nManage order routing process and inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications, security, and direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving dock to storage and work area\nManage andmaintain all warehouse racking and equipment and the purchase of warehouse and trucking supplies\nSetproductivity standards for the warehouse and logistics operations and monitor standards through productivity reporting, performance reporting, and status reporting\nManage allwarehouse and delivery personnel including, but not limited to staffing recommendations, training, evaluating, monitoring, rewarding, disciplining, and succession planning\nTrainall warehouse and delivery personnel on applicable business systems, including the use of the system features to improve accuracy and efficiency of all assigned processes\nMaintain security of merchandise and equipment\nManage andmaintain safety standards for all warehouse and delivery personnel\nManage allwarehouse and delivery loss prevention programs\nOptimize Route Schedule to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nManage all Logistic P/L Accounts and contract labor.\nImprove Inventory accuracy and Inventory shortages.\n\nQualifications\n\nCollege degree with 2 years or more related experience and/or training\nEquivalentcombination of education and experience\nBasicreading, writing and arithmetic skills required\nPITproficiency, reach truck, order picker, “sit down” propane.
