This is a fast paced, multi-faceted role with room for growth!\nWhat you’ll do:\nDrive our business growth, help expand our fiber network to more homes\nAnswer inbound customer calls and/or place outbound calls; provide efficient and courteous customer service while offering all Sonic products and services\nPossess an energetic attitude and desire to grow the business through sales\nAct as a consultant and respond to customer telephone inquiries with the use of multiple sales support tools\nBe an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted sales environment; effectively communicate information to a variety of non-technical and technical customers\nMaintain highest level of confidentiality and professionalism\nWork in a fast paced, high volume, changing environment\nLearn and strive to gain new knowledge about product and service changes\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction\nMust-haves:\nExceptional phone etiquette, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions\nSuccessful candidates will be motivated to be a consistent performer dedicated to building their skills and contributing to team growth\nAbility to receive and implement ongoing feedback and coaching with a positive attitude\nAbility to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability\nDetail oriented with an ability to prioritize and multi-task\nCustomer service experience preferred\nMust have basic computer familiarity\nMust maintain a positive attendance record\nMust be able to work in our Santa Rosa Office\nBilingual in Spanish Preferred\nWork Environment:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
