This hands-on position requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to navigate ERP systems and workflow tools to ensure smooth and efficient operations in telecom industry.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nReceive, validate, and sign for incoming deliveries, including FTL, LTL, and parcel shipments.\nProcess Customer RMA check-ins, testing, disposition, breakdown, and restocking activities.\nPrepare, package, and ship customer orders in alignment with company requirements and carrier standards.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.\nPerform manual inventories, including cycle counting and reconciliation of variances.\nOperate general warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and carts.\n Accurately enter data into ERP systems, including receipts, shipments, inventory adjustments, and work order transactions.\nUse Jira-like workflow systems to manage tasks, track progress, and communicate status updates.\nCollaborate with internal teams (Field Service, Purchasing, Customer Care) and provide excellent customer service to external partners as needed.\nPicking orders using RF unit in warehouses, yards, and various storage environments\nCompetency:\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nAbility to assimilate information from various sources to generate achievable plans.\nGood interpersonal skills and interface with all levels of departments and carriers\nAttention to detail with ability to work under pressure.\nGood organizational skills\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum 4 years of experience in general warehouse operations, including stocking, loading/unloading, inventory control, and warehouse organization.\nMinimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience with UPS, FedEx, and parcel carriers.\nExperience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) for inventory and transaction processing.\nExperience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy processes preferred.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExcel skills required.\nExperienced in a WMS (warehouse management system) ie SAP, D365, Spectrum, JDE\n\nWork Environment:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
