This role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune and the broader Microsoft Endpoint Management ecosystem. The Intune Engineer will ensure the secure, compliant, and efficient management of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices while delivering an exceptional end-user experience.\nThe ideal candidate is passionate about endpoint management, automation, security, and modern workplace technologies. This individual will partner closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Service Desk, and Digital Workplace teams to support key initiatives including Zero Trust, Microsoft 365 optimization, endpoint lifecycle management, and device modernization..\nKey Responsibilities\nEndpoint Management & Engineering\nDesign, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune policies, device configurations, compliance policies, and endpoint security settings.\n\nAdminister and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Defender integrations.\n\nDevelop and maintain device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management processes.\n\nCreate, test, and deploy application packages across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.\n\nImplement and support Windows Autopilot deployments for zero-touch provisioning.\n\nMonitor and manage device compliance, remediation, and policy enforcement activities.\n\nEvaluate and implement endpoint management best practices to improve security, user experience, and operational efficiency.\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nPartner with Cybersecurity teams to implement endpoint security controls and Zero Trust strategies.\n\nConfigure and support Conditional Access policies integrated with Intune and Entra ID.\n\nSupport compliance initiatives related to HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, and other regulatory requirements.\n\nMonitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities, configuration drift, and security risks.\n\nCollaborate with Security Operations teams to strengthen endpoint detection, response, and threat mitigation capabilities.\n\nAutomation & Innovation\nDevelop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.\n\nBuild proactive monitoring and remediation scripts to improve endpoint health and supportability.\n\nStreamline onboarding, offboarding, device refresh, and lifecycle management processes.\n\nEvaluate emerging Microsoft Endpoint Management technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.\n\nOperations & Support\nServe as an escalation point for complex endpoint management and device-related issues.\n\nSupport operating system deployments, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint updates.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and knowledge articles.\n\nParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.\n\nPartner with Service Desk teams to improve support processes and reduce recurring issues.\n\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop dashboards and reporting for endpoint compliance, patching, endpoint health, and user experience metrics.\n\nTrack and report key operational performance indicators and service-level objectives.\n\nProvide recommendations to improve endpoint security, compliance, and operational effectiveness.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.\n\n3-7+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune.\n\nExperience managing:\nMicrosoft Intune\n\nMicrosoft Endpoint Manager\n\nWindows Autopilot\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\n\nMicrosoft 365\n\nMicrosoft Defender\n\nExperience packaging and deploying enterprise applications.\n\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.\n\nExperience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments.\n\nStrong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, device management, and identity management concepts.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nJoin our team and help shape the future of endpoint management, security, and digital workplace technology while enabling a secure, modern, and seamless employee experience.\nScheduled Weekly Hours:\n40Work Shift:\nJob Category:\nInformation TechnologyCompany:\nSonic Healthcare USA, IncSonic Healthcare USA is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace for all employees.
