We believe everyone deserves to have their best body today and pursue their best life now.\nThe Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering excellent patient care first and foremost, coordinating and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment, assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring accurate and complete patient charting, conducting pre- and post-operative visits, and fostering a spirit of teamwork. \nQualifications: \nA.D.N. or B.S.N. required; active Compact Nursing License accepted in lieu of state-specific licensure. \nMaintains active license and meets renewal requirements. \nCurrent ACLS certification \nProficient in MS Office and EMR systems \nKey Responsibilities: \nPatient Care & Clinical Duties: \nConduct pre/post-op assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations \nSupport physicians during procedures; monitor patient vitals and safety \nAdminister and document medications; monitor lidocaine use and antibiotic prophylaxis \nPreference to have Post Op and/or OR Circulator experience. Not required, will train on job. \nSafety, Compliance & Infection Control: \nLeads emergency drills, maintainsBanyan Stat Kit and AED checks \nEnforces HIPAA, PHI protections, and proper documentation \nConducts narcotic counts and monitors medication security \nQuality & Records Management: \nMaintains accurateand timelypatient records in compliance with AAAHC \nParticipates in QA/QI initiatives and peer reviews \nEnsures timelydocumentation, incident reporting, and follow-ups \nLeadership & Communication: \nAssists with RN/LPN interviews and staff evaluations \nEducates staff on safety protocols and clinical procedures \nCollaborates with Practice Manager to ensure adequate medical staffing \nOperational Support: \nMaintains sterile field and proper OR setup \nOversees equipment sterilization, stock levels, and clinic readiness \nCompletes daily/weekly logs and inspections per protocol \nPhysical Requirements: \nAble to lift 25 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods \nVisual/hearing acuity and stress tolerance required \nNote: This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive.
