Be part of a supportive, team-driven environment helping patients achieve life-changing results. \n\nWhy This Role is Unique: \nNo night shifts or holidays - enjoy a regular schedule \nWork in a rewarding aesthetic care environment \nSmall practice feel with the backing of a strong, established company \n\nKey Responsibilities: \nSupport the full surgical experience: pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care \nPrepare instruments, equipment, and the operating room for procedures \nAssist the physician during procedures as needed \nVerify correct patient, procedure, and surgical site in the OR \nEnsure all medications and solutions (including tumescent) are clearly and properly labeled \nMaintain a sterile environment and clean/disinfect surgical instruments and rooms \nEducate patients and caregivers on procedures, medications, and discharge instructions \nSupport patient discharge and return post-op calls \nSchedule follow-up appointments and audit patient records \n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications: \nKnowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and instrument trays \nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and labeling standards \nProficient in written and verbal communication, including basic report writing \nFamiliarity with MS Office, especially Excel \nAble to interpret written, diagram, and verbal instructions \nBasic math proficiency \nExperience in patient care and working with physicians and caregivers \n\nPhysical Requirements: \nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods \nRegular use of computer, phone, and other office equipment \nLift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed \nGood vision and hearing to interact safely and effectively in a surgical setting \nNote: This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive.
