Safety, quality, productivityandstrongwork ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nInstalling and maintaining auxiliary equipment as required by production\n\nMaintaining and repairing utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer.\n\nAssisting/training other maintenance personnel with repairs, PM’s, and rebuilds.\n\nCollaborating closely with other departments and teams for proactive problem resolutions.\n\nMaintaining a safe, clean and organized work area.\n\nManage small projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.\n\nPerforming all duties in support of Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.\n\nWe’d love to hear from you if:\nYou have experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment\n\nExperience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial and motor controls preferred\n\nComfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending and twisting;lifting upto 50lbs.\n\nWorking independently and managing multiple tasks in anoff shiftposition with rotating shifts that will require overtime including weekends\n\nAt Sonoco Products
